WiFi doesn’t provide stable connection for streaming, it is resulted in lags during the session even if Internet connection speed is high. We recommend cable Internet connection for comfort playing.

Find your city channel in our Discord server and post that you'd like to play. Maybe there is a Merchant already in your city and he or she will turn on a server after seeing your message. Also you can try to connect to the Merchant located not far away from your city. You always have 10 free minutes to check connection quality.
Contact Merchants through our Discord server and ask to add a game you'd like to play. Usually Merchants provide games upon request quickly.
The price is 35 rubles per hour. It is 70 rubles for two hours under per-minute billing. Before the game start and after each next two hours we reserve 70 RUB. If your game lasts less than one hour we will return the balance.
Yes, you need. Before the game starts you need to login at the game launcher (Steam, Origin, Battle.net, Wargaming). Don’t forget to install two-factor authentication to secure your account.
Yes, you need. You can buy a game or get it for free at Steam, Origin, Battle.net, Wargaming shops. If you have active Origin subscription you need to add the game you’re going to play to your library through Origin website.
If you have an avast program installed try to uninstall it off and refresh a page. If you haven’t an antivirus program try to restart your PC. Launch task manager (Ctrl-Shift-Esc). Look if there is esce.exe in the list of processes. If no, try to find such a file in the software setup folder (usually C:\Program Files\Drova) and launch it manually. If it still doesn’t help send a message to our Discord server and we will help you.
It's better to set up FPS in the game itself. If there are not FPS settings in the game you can change it in our software, press Ctrl-Alt-D to open our settings menu.
Screen resolution can be changed in the game itself. Also there is a settings menu in our software where you can choose video streaming resolution (720p or 1080p).Press Ctrl-Alt-D to open our settings menu.
Merchant is the owner of a game server who provides you with his server through DROVA. When you press “Play” on site the game is launched at Merchant's server. Your PC sends commands controlling the game to Merchant and receives streaming video from him.
Yes, you can. But first you need to create Steam, Origin, Battle.net or Wargammin account. As soon as you register you can receive licenses for Free-to-play games or buy other games in online store.
If you use your Steam account probably the game started updating at the moment you launched it or DLC that Merchant didn't install started downloading. Close the application and note that the game isn't updated in our feedback form or send a message to Merchants through Discord server and they will update the game and do all the things needed. Black screen of Steam library will occur also if you haven't got a license for this game.
Try to restart the session, i.e. to disconnect from Merchant and connect to him again.
Most likely you haven't got a license for this game. Get a licenses in Steam store.
After the session ends you can review it and note that the game wasn’t updated. You can also send a message to Merchant through our Discord server.
You can add a bank card in your account settings. We support Visa and Mastercard. To check your card we will charge it with 1 RUB and return it back.
You can't add your wallet to your account but you can get a free electronic Visa card through Qiwi and connect it to your Qiwi wallet. To create such a card go to your wallet settings.
Don't worry! Turn on two-factor authentication and your account will be secured.
Maybe there are some Internet problems at Merchant's side, try to choose another Merchant. Some security software can cause network delays, try to switch it off and add our application to exceptions in your antivirus.
Press Alt-Enter or “Fullscreen” in the left upper corner of the window to maximize it.
You don't need to logout manually. After the session ends our software at Merchant's side will logout and delete all the files remaining.
Press Alt-Backspace while software window is active to block the mouse in window. Press Alt-Backspace again to unblock it.
Turn on cloud saving in your account settings. Before the session starts you'll get an offer to download your profile from cloud to the game server.

- 1. Close DROVA window. Click «Start» button > Control Panel (for Windows 8 use Windows+X (Control Panel) > Appearance and Personalization > NVIDIA Control Panel.
- 2. Go to graphics card settings and find 3d settings.
- 3. Go to Software Settings and click «Add» button (see the screenshot).
- 4. In the opened window go to the game folder (for example, C:\Program files\Drova\), choose esce.exe and click «Open button».

Sometimes gamers complain that they can't add money to their balance with a credit/debit card. More often the reason is that online payments for your card are locked by default. Contact your bank to unlock them. Some banks can do that by phone or online.
If your game supports cloud saves, we recommend close a game before end of sessions to ensure saves could reach a cloud.

Merchant gets 80% of the amount paid by gamers (including a payment system commission).
Complete the form for Merchants and note your server’s characteristics. We will consider your request and if we approve it you'll become a Merchant. You will receive an e-mail message describing your next steps. You will need to install and configure software for Merchants. Also you can get a mobile application to control your server.
You can get payouts to any card. This amount is a subject to the income tax, don't forget to pay it.

Contact tech support of your provider. They should answer all your questions. Upon installing Merchant's software it will be necessary to check the availability of proper Internet ports (see Merchant's manual). You can check them on the site https://2ip.ru/check-port/
Yes, it is necessary. Games should be installed at your server beforehand and you can add only the games installed and updated.
Add a correct path to exe-file and a path to the folder where this file is located. Make sure that the game files are really located in this folder.
Most likely the reason is that some paths to games are wrong. Check if all the paths exist and if they point to the game location.
For gaming through Steam it is necessary to add a path to Steam setup folder in the field 'Game executable'. If the game exe-file is located in other folder (for example on other disc) add a path to this folder in the field 'Allowed paths'. If it is necessary to add more than one paths in this field separate paths by ';'
It is a text file with Windows settings. Upon configuring Merchant's software you need to add necessary parameters to Windows registry. Right-click on the file and choose 'Merge'. Answer 'Yes' to the question if it is necessary to add data to the registry. If you see the notification that the data was successfully added to the registry you've done everything right.
No, you don't. You need a Reg file once upon creating a server.
Don't worry, it is normal for Merchant's software. We turn off the screen and mute the sound while a gamer is using your server.
You can find sessions’ statistic in your personal account and in the tab 'My servers'.
No, it is not necessary, it is necessary for your IP to be public. It can be dynamic and DROVA will update it automatically for your server. The main characteristic is access to ports from Internet (see Merchant's manual).
